The rla group standardises on Concept

Concept to help optimise rla's financial management, account management and media planning and buying

Barry Neeves is finance director at the rla group and lead the project to find an agency management system to replace its incumbent bespoke solution with a packaged solution that would underpin the finance operation but also integrate the account management, job tracking, media planning and buying processes. "We are enjoying steady growth and market success and with that comes increased financial management, estimating, job costing and account management activities," said Barry. "It has become even more important that we have complete visibility of our financial and business processes so that we can make decisions with timely and accurate information and this reflects both on the service that we give to our clients and the profitability with which we operate."

Rla did a review of the agency management systems available and selected Concept because it demonstrated sophisticated functionality that would seamlessly integrate the financial, accounts, job tracking and media planning and buying needs of the agency.
